Kaboom Town :: Wednesday, July 3 :: 5:00 – 11:00 p.m. :: Addison Circle Park will host this annual event with activities for the whole family. Fireworks start around 9:30 p.m. The event is $10 for ages 10 and older, $5 for kids under nine years, and free for kids ages 2 and under. Follow Addison Kaboom Town on social media for ticket updates.
Market Street Allen USA :: Saturday, June 29 :: 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. :: Allen prides itself on being “First to the Fourth!” Come out to Celebration Park for free live music, a food zone, and a fireworks finale to cap off the night.
Patriotic Salute at Watters Creek :: Friday, June 28 :: 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. :: Hear patriotic music as the Allen Philharmonic Winds perform a mixture of marches and classic Americana melodies. Kids will enjoy activities and crafts. This event is free.
Boots and Booms :: Saturday, June 29 :: 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. :: Enjoy food trucks, vendors, games for kids, face painting, balloon artists, a patriotic fireworks display, and live music at Slayter Creek Park. Admission is free.
Community Fireworks :: Wednesday, July 3 :: 9:30 p.m. :: Celebrate Independence Day with the simplicity of a 15-minute fireworks show over Josey Ranch Lake in Carrollton. Admission is free.
Celina Splash & Blast :: Saturday, June 29 :: 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. :: Don’t miss this free event at Old Celina Park with live music, festival food, and shopping. The kids’ zone will feature water slides and a ninja obstacle course. Stay for a patriotic fireworks finale after dark.
Liberty by the Lake :: Thursday, July 4 :: All day :: Kick off your July 4 with the Liberty 5K/10K/1M race at Stewart Creek Park (participants arrive by 7:15 a.m.) The parade starts at 10:00 a.m. Festivities continue 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. with concerts, food, vendors, family activities, contests, rides, and more.
Sparks of Freedom :: Thursday, July 4 :: 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. :: Head to Southlake Park for food and market vendors, novelty items, bounce houses for the kids, live music, and a fireworks show after dark. Admission is free, but donations to the volunteer fire department are accepted.
Children’s Parade :: Thursday, July 4 :: 10:00 a.m. :: Enjoy Flower Mound’s annual parade where kids ride their decorated, non-motorized bikes, trikes, and wagons at Leonard and Helen Johns Park. Free hot dogs, drinks, children’s activities, and live entertainment will be provided. Parade line up is at 9:30 a.m., followed by the parade at 10:00 a.m.
Independence Fest :: Thursday, July 4 :: 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. :: Celebrate the 4th at Bakersfield Park with fun and activities for all. Guests get treated to a vintage car show, local vendors, a concert with singer-songwriter Pat Green, and a stunning fireworks show. Admission and parking are free.
Frisco Freedom Fest :: July 3 – 4 :: 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. :: Jump start your Independence Day celebration with activities spanning two days. On July 3, sign up for a night run, 5K, Dachshund Dash, and more starting at 9:00 p.m. at Jimmy and Clara Jones Park. On July 4, head to Simpson Plaza at 6:00 p.m. to enjoy family entertainment, a car show, the Texas Ice Cream Festival, and fireworks.
July Jubilee :: Thursday, July 4 :: All day :: July Jubilee is back with vendors, live music, and more. Two concurrent firework shows begin around 9:30 p.m. at Little Elm Beach and Little Elm High School with music simulcast on 95.3 FM. Admission is $5. Parking is $30 – $50.
Red, White and BOOM! :: Thursday, July 4 :: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. :: Celebrate the “City of McKinney” way with a full day of fun across two locations. Stop by Historic Downtown for a parade and Yankee Doodle block party. Later that evening, head over to Gabe Nesbitt park for family activities, live entertainment, and fireworks. Admission is free. Check website for daily schedule.
All-American 4th :: Thursday, July 4 :: 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. :: Enjoy an evening of music, food and market vendors, static parade floats, and a free kids’ zone at Oak Point Park. Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. Admission is free. Free parking is available at Collin College – Spring Creek campus.
Freedom & Fireworks :: Saturday, June 29 :: 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. :: Live music, food, arts and crafts, vendors, a kids’ zone, and fireworks await you at J.M. Caldwell Sr. Community Park in Princeton. Fireworks start at sundown. Admission is free.
Pride in the Sky :: Monday, July 1 :: 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. :: Visit Frontier Park in Prosper as the community celebrates Independence Day with live music, food, family games, and activities for kids of all ages. The evening ends with a bang as fireworks explode to music. This is a free event.
Sachse Red, White, & Blue Blast :: Wednesday, July 3 :: 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. :: Meet at Heritage Park for live entertainment, food trucks, yard games, a splashdown provided by the Sachse Fire Department, and more. Fireworks will start around 9:30 p.m. Admission is free.
Town of Weston Independence Day Parade :: Thursday, July 4 :: 10:00 a.m. ::Come out to Weston, the oldest city in Collin County, for its 39th annual free hometown parade down Main Street. There will be music, snow cones, face painting, a bake sale, barbecue, hot dogs, and lots of old-fashioned fun.
