Heard Museum | McKinney
While this one isn’t entirely outside (you get two hours in a private party room), their guided outdoor nature hikes and the Dinosaurs Live! exhibit means they make the cut. Birthday parties are offered on Saturdays and Sundays only. See link for additional party package details and pricing.
Hydrous Wake Park | Allen, Little Elm
How about a summertime wake-boarding party? Book a two-hour private instruction session with a Hydrous Coach, full access to the Main Cable System & Aqua Park, and all the gear needed for your group to ride.
Hawaiian Falls | The Colony
Purchase an official party package with perks like sunglasses, beach towels, cupcakes, pizza, etc., for your guests. Parties are 2.5-hour increments, but your admission is good all day, of course. Eight guest minimum.

Local Parks
💡Birthday parties can get so pricey. If you want to keep spending down, you can always roll the dice and try to snag a spot at a local park (a first come, first served kind of deal). If you’d feel better with an official reservation in your pocket, take a look at how to book pavilions at Collin County parks near you. Note that there might be permit requirements for bounce houses and things like that. Each city has slightly different park rules, so read the fine print. Lots of info at the links below!
Allen Park Pavilion and Facility Rentals
Resident fees are quite affordable for most of these parks. There’s an additional $25 fee for bounce houses, but not all parks allow inflatables. Don’t forget to check out their other facility rentals like The Edge skate park, Ford Pool, and indoor options like Joe Farmer Rec Center, Allen Ice Rink, and the Natatorium.
Anna Pavilion and Gazebo Reservations
Book online at the link for a rate of $20 per hour. Must reserve at least seven days in advance.
Celina (Olde Celina Park) Pavilion Rental

Frisco Park Pavilion Rentals
You can reserve pavilions at Frisco Commons Park, Shawnee Park, and Warren Sports Complex. See photos and amenities and submit booking requests here. Pavilions in neighborhood parks are first come, first served, and cannot be officially reserved.
McKinney Facility Rentals

Melissa Park Pavilion Rentals
Pavilions and gazebos fall under city managed park facilities and require a little legwork to secure—read the rules, download the forms, and bring everything to City Hall for approval. Take a quick look at the usage fees here.
Murphy Park Pavilion Rentals
Resident rates are super reasonable: $25 for two hours; $10 per additional rental hour. See link for list of pavilion options. Reserve online or in person at the Murphy Community Center.
Plano Park Pavilion Rentals
You can reserve one of two time slots, 8am–2pm or 3–9pm, at any of the locations listed. Food trucks, entertainment trucks (like bubble trucks), and alcohol are not allowed. It costs $100 in total to reserve your spot, but $75 of that is refundable!
Princeton Park Pavilion Rentals

Prosper (Frontier Park) Pavilion Rental
Check availability using the online calendar and begin your booking process. $100 refundable deposit required. Rates are for a four-hour period (ex: $35 for under 50 guests, for Prosper residents).
