The Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary is proud to call McKinney home, and we’re celebrating our neighbors with a special day just for McKinney residents!
Join us for McKinney Day at the Heard and enjoy admission for just $5 per person with proof of McKinney residency. Spend the day exploring our nature trails, exhibits, wildlife sanctuary, and seasonal attractions while discovering all that the Heard has to offer. While you’re here, be sure to visit North Texas Reptile Rescue, who will have a booth in the Ladybug Amphitheater. Need a treat? Big Island Ice will be on-site selling lemonade, popcorn, shaved ice, and soda.
Whether you’re a longtime supporter or visiting for the first time, we invite you to come experience your hometown nature museum and wildlife sanctuary.
