Gyms with Supervised Childcare
Club 4 Fitness :: multiple locations :: This affordable gym offers month-to-month memberships complete with a Kids Club for children ages six weeks to 12 years. For premium plus members, Kids Club includes seasonal activities, arts and crafts, and computer learning.
Cowboys Fit :: Plano :: Childcare is offered in the Rowdy Room at the Plano location. See the website for childcare hours. Aside from the space and group classes, what sets this gym apart is its recovery lounge that includes cryotherapy, compression, and hydromassage therapy.

EOS Fitness :: Plano :: This 24-hour gym offers equipment, group classes, recovery zones, and more. Childcare for ages 2 – 12 years is offered for 30-, 60-, 90-, or 120-minute time slots, and features mini basketball courts, toys, and activities. Childcare is an additional monthly fee per child added to membership.
Fitness Connection :: Allen :: Its Kids Club is for children ages 3 – 11 years and includes a mini movie theater, tablet stations, and a homework/craft table. In addition to the usual gym amenities, Fitness Connection offers a women’s workout area, racquetball and basketball courts, a Fit Flix Theater, and a sauna.

LA Fitness :: multiple locations :: Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, and Sachse locations offer Kids Klub services. Children can run and play safely while being monitored by staff. While Kids Klub isn’t included in the standard membership, you can choose between a monthly membership or a pay-per-visit option.
Lifetime Fitness :: multiple locations :: Complete with top-notch amenities, studio classes, and even a spa, Lifetime also offers childcare for ages three months to 11 years. Drop your children off for up to two and a half hours. The play area has a separate infant area, and members love its parent night out events.

Plano Athletic Club :: Plano :: Enjoy all the benefits of a gym, including group exercise classes and a sauna, while you’re kids are entertained in the Kids Zone. Ages six months to 12 years welcomed. The Kids Zone caters to every age with toys, crafts, movies, video games, and a children’s basketball area.
Terrell Recreation Center :: Allen :: This spacious center has recreational and fitness activities for all ages. The supervised playroom offers up to two hours of engaging care for children ages three months to nine years.
YMCA :: multiple locations :: Family memberships include free child watch for ages six weeks to 10 years, although ages vary per location. Enjoy up to two hours of childcare, as well as occasional parent night outs. Membership includes group exercise classes and special pricing for children’s programs.
Boutique Fitness Studios with Childcare
Barre3 :: multiple locations :: Reserve childcare in Barre3’s Play Lounge online for an additional fee. All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications are always provided by instructor. Studios also provide mats and props, so all you have to worry about is the diaper bag for baby. Membership also includes virtual classes so you can work out even when you’re out of town.
Burn Boot Camp :: multiple locations :: Membership includes nutrition resources, meetings with a certified trainer, and complimentary childwatch for children ages eight weeks to 12 years old.
Neon Cycle + Strength :: Plano :: Come for indoor cycling and HIIT strength training classes along with a smoothie bar. Drop your child off at the Neon Kids room for children ages six months to 12 years after reserving online. Childcare starts at $8 per hour.

Stroller Boot Camps
Fit4Mom :: multiple locations :: These group workouts are designed to engage your kids in the stroller while you move. Need to stop to change a dirty diaper? No problem. Membership includes play groups, mom’s night out, and various events. Classes include Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, Fit4Baby (if you’re expecting), and more.
