What She Really Wants for Valentine’s Day

What’s easier than a prefabricated (legit) list of things you want your significant other to know? Not much, honestly! Copy, paste, tag, and share away ladies. You’re welcome.

Attention: Husbands (DH)/Boyfriends (BF)/Significant Others (SO)! Here’s the ultimate list of everything she wants for Valentine’s Day, and nothing she would ever tell you because, well, she’s either too tired to even realize she wants it, or the work and effort that goes into making it happen isn’t worth it happening. But you can do it. Make. It. Happen.

To make things easier for screen readers, here’s the same list from the graphic, all typed out:

1. GNO

When we say Girls Night Out, we mean plan the whole deal. Book reservations, hand her a gift card, call the Uber, and send dessert to the table.

2. EMPTY HOUSE

24–48 hours of alone time in her empty house. Stock the fridge with all her faves and leave a note for her to find.

3. HOTEL ROOM

ALONE. Book it and send her on her way. Have champs in the room, bath bombs by the tub, magazines, and a menu open for room service.

4. WEEKEND GETAWAY

Even if it’s local, book a weekend away for the two of you. Book it, book the sitter, and go.

5. DETAIL HER CAR

Unless a day gains about two hours, there will never be enough time in one for her to get this done. Take the car and go.

6. MANI/PEDI

Drive her there, drop her off, swing back by to get her after. MAKE. HER. GO.

7. CLEANING COMPANY

If you don’t have one, find one and book it. If you have one, book for a deep clean that includes blinds, fans, baseboards, sheets, refrigerator, and laundry.

8. MARGS {OR WINE}

Sit her down after dinner, hand her a drink, and get to work. Dishes, laundry, bedtime, whatever needs to be done, do it.

9. JEWELS

Scope her Pinterest. If you’re needing a list, it’s probably there.

10. PRIVATE CHEF

Yes, it’s a real thing. Hire one. Even if the kids are home, it’s a fun memory to make.
