Ah January…a month with such mixed emotions. As the clock strikes midnight, you enter into a world of such high ambitions, hopes, and dreams…and then just as quickly, before the month even ends, they’re usually gone.
We know that resolutions can be hard — in fact, they’re often so unachievable that upwards of 80% of resolutions fail by the 2nd week of February.
But could it be that resolutions feel so unachievable because often we’re doing them alone? No support? No encouragement?
Well…that’s NOT okay with us here at Collin County Moms Blog! We want to be your biggest cheerleader and support you while you work to achieve your goals in 2019 — and we’re going to start with the #1 most common New Year’s resolution: Diet, Fitness, and Exercise.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be publishing a variety of health and fitness-related posts meant to guide, inspire, and motivate you on your journey. We hope these will be a valuable resource for a moms; whether you’re still going strong since January 1st OR possibly need to be re-motivated.
In addition, we’ll also be sharing these resources and others in our NEW FACEBOOK COMMUNITY Group! That’s right, a community dedicated to our readers with the sole purpose of building you up and helping you stay accountable. Whether you’re looking to lose that last 10 pounds OR simply need a playlist recommendation for your run, in this group you’ll find other moms who are ready to support you to the finish line. Not to mention a few fun surprises along the way.
