I buy bananas (without fail) every single grocery trip and maybe your house is like mine…they don’t all get eaten throughout the week and turn brown.
“Didn’t we just buy these?”
It’s time to throw out the mom guilt…NOT the bananas! Make banana bread!
Here is one of my favorite recipes because the banana bread is extra moist. (YUM!) My family named it “Ooey gooey Banana Bread.”
I love this recipe because there is no way to mess it up. There are no special instructions- just throw in ALL ingredients in the mixer and mix together. Yes, it’s that easy.
This recipe makes two yummy loaves of banana bread. (Trust me, you will want extra.)
Here is a quick video I made to go along with the recipe. I included some relaxing tunes to go along with the video…I have a jazzy playlist I have when I bake and thought I’d share.
