I just celebrated my birthday last month, and I have to say it was one of the best ones yet! Sure, that’s partly due to my husband cooking my favorite breakfast and dinner, but it’s also because I’ve finally nailed down my list of restaurant birthday freebies in Collin County!
Below you’ll find that list. Feel free to skip ahead and begin registering for each restaurant’s reward program to get the freebie! However, I have a few quick tips to help you make the most of this birthday list:
- Have either a dedicated email address for all your rewards program communication, or utilize an email roll-up service like Unroll.Me that sorts through your incoming mail.
- If you want to un-enroll and remove the app from your phone the other 11 months of the year, make sure to redownload/sign-up before the first day of your birthday month. Some restaurants require that you be a rewards member for more than 30 days.
- As soon as you get your birthday reward (via email or through your app), set a calendar reminder on the day it expires, so you remember to use it in time.
- Most rewards give you between two to four weeks to utilize your free reward, so don’t stress about using everything all at once. In fact, the only rewards you need to use specifically on your birthday are the free Starbucks drink and Sprinkles cupcake (as far as I can remember).
