Bridget Scarbrough

Bridget grew up in the DFW area and is a proud TCU Horned Frog alum. After moving from Fort Worth to Dallas, she and her husband settled in Plano in 2013. She is an oncology registered nurse but has temporarily hung up her stethoscope for the glamorous life of being a personal chauffeur, chef, and maid to her two tiny bosses, Elizabeth (5) and Henry (1). In her spare time, she enjoys reading, dancing, and exploring new places. Her happy place is a cozy coffee shop with her journal in one hand and a latte in the other.

Sarah Hess

Sarah Mae is the owner of Photography of Sarah Mae and a local Collin County mom. She began her professional photography career shooting weddings in Southern Indiana, but now captures families and weddings across the DFW. Her one claim to fame is winning a dance video contest on Instagram with hundreds of submissions. Her winning dance video had over 10k views back in the day before #reels.

Laura Riley

Laura is a mother, children’s book author, journalist, and teacher. Her love for story telling began at Ball State University where she studied broadcast journalism. Upon graduation, she went on to work for affiliate NBC and Fox News stations. In 2021, she was able to fulfill a life-long dream of becoming an author when she published her first book,The Legend of the Stinky Sock. As a junior high journalism teacher, Laura feels privileged to share her passion for writing with her amazing students and hopes to inspire a new generation of reporters.

Staci Fonner

Staci Fonner is sometimes a lawyer, sometimes a writer, and always a mother to her daughter Sydney and her son Parker. She is passionate about parenting well and learning whatever is needed in the process. As an enneagram 8 who loves reading, baking, and traveling, you’re likely to find her watching The Great British Bake-Off or browsing a bookstore with an iced coffee. Staci and her husband Daniel have lived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, The United Kingdom, Dallas, and recently located to Allen.

Sarah Spencer

Sarah was raised in Plano, took a detour in Oklahoma for college, and now lives in McKinney. She's a teacher and mom who believes that 10 three year olds are easier to handle than one. Sarah and her husband, Nathaniel, are foster and adoptive parents and advocates. Big fans of deep conversations, they run a blog that helps parents connect with their kids over entertainment. She likes to try DIY projects that are way over her head and experiment with different teas and chocolates while binge-watching great series.
